- No. Labrisa management is non-exclusive — you can keep renting through your own network or other platforms.
- Can I find my own renter and still use Labrisa?
- Yes. With Hosting only, you find the guest and we handle cleaning, check-in, check-out and turnover for a lower commission.
- Which compounds in Ras Al Hekma do you cover?
- We host in Hacienda West today and are welcoming owners in Silversands, Masyaf, Kune and Modon, with more North Coast areas to follow.
- Do you offer cleaning if you don't manage my home?
- Yes. Labrisa Care offers cleaning, maintenance and season opening or closing for any home, booked per visit.
